Zone of Economic Activity ‘Rzeszow-Dworzysko’

‘Rzeszow-Dworzysko’ is a special area of economic activity, which is part of the oldest economic zone in Poland, called ‘Euro-Park Mielec’. Companies active within ‘Rzeszow-Dworzysko’ will receive favorable tax incentives. The zone, situated in north-western part of Rzeszów, between Krakowska Street and the E30 railway line, which connects Germany, Poland and Ukraine, has an excellent and convenient location. It also stretches outside the city to include the villages of Miłocin and Pogwizdow Nowy, amounting to the total area of 450 hectares planned for development.

As specified in the local development programme, the zone is intended for the purpose of industry, logistic centres, depots, warehouses as well as service and trading centres. This land on which it is located, is owned by the State Treasury Agricultural Property Agency and the Rzeszow Country Office. Functioning as an inherent part of the local economic landscape it will mark a significant achievement for the city of Rzeszow.
